I am loving the DVD! It's easy to do, works up a decent amount of sweat and takes only 20 minutes of my day. I've lost 20 lbs and had to go into my closet to fish out some jeans that fit me. Exercise has...I'm doing NOTHING and I feel it. Exercise has never been my thing, I don't think I stick with it long enough to become my thing. But I'm nearing 37 and I'm noticing my body change in ways I'm not so thrilled about plus I know that even mild exercise makes me mentally better. Good for you for your 3 times a week and more so for enjoying it! <br /><br />I can't believe you were outed at the gym. I would be mortified to be outed anywhere!
